I’ve always lived comfortably on the border of the known and the unknown. I’m fascinated by what lies beneath the surface — the energetic patterns, sensations, and symbols quietly shaping our lives. I’ve gone through many transitions in my life and have found that these points, although challenging, often bring the greatest rewards.
Over the years, my own journey through trauma, grief, restlessness, and self-doubt has taught me that transformation rarely happens through force. It happens when we accept what is without wishing things to be other than they are. Developing the wisdom to look for the blessing in any situation gives us the perspective that we need to continue walking and allows us to thrive.
As a coach I blend trauma-based therapeutic modalities, neurological methodologies, body-based awareness, and archetypal exploration to guide clients back to their natural rhythms. We don't force healing; rather we invite your system back into wholeness. I believe in the wisdom of the senses, the power of nature as a teacher, and the grounding magic of daily rituals. My role isn’t to “fix” you — it’s to help you uncover your own creative signature and live from it with confidence and ease.
Deep connection fuels my fire. I’m not one for small talk. Let’s be creative together, be quiet together, and most importantly, create a space of trust where we can be authentic and vulnerable.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me on the beach with my surfboard and my dog Lucy, reading and writing, playing music, or soaking in the beauty of a slow, salt-sprayed afternoon.
